Trapped in this purgatory-like space beneath an unseen Hollywood party, five aspiring models — Venti, Trenta, Grande, Dulce, and the elusive Karine — wait for a phone call that might summon them upstairs into a contract and a better life. As the wait stretches from hours into days, rivalry and exhaustion wear through their choreographed rituals of composure and desirability, turning the body into the site of hustle culture’s demand for perpetual, marketable performance.
